The rules of the kitchen.

Eatvia is a subscription tool that adapts recipes you provide to your dietary profile, tracks your pantry, and generates meal plans and shopping lists. Adaptations are produced by automated AI systems and are suggestions, not professional dietary, medical or food-safety advice.

Eatvia cannot inspect the products in your kitchen. Manufacturers change recipes, shared production lines cause cross-contamination, and labelling varies between countries. You are responsible for reading labels, verifying every ingredient against your own allergies, and applying safe cooking practices including temperatures and storage.

If you have a severe, anaphylactic or medically managed condition, confirm any adaptation with a qualified clinician or dietitian before cooking. Never rely on Eatvia as your only safeguard. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.

You must be at least 16 and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. One account per person; accounts are not transferable.

• Starter costs US$5 per month and Pro costs US$8 per month, each including a 7-day free trial for new customers.
• Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription begins automatically and the plan fee is charged to your payment method, then monthly on the same date until cancelled.
• Payments are handled by our payment processor; by subscribing you authorise recurring charges. Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude any tax that may apply in your jurisdiction.
• You can cancel any time from the billing page. Cancellation stops future charges and keeps access until the end of the paid period; we do not pro-rate partial months.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. Continuing after that date accepts the new price.

The free trial exists so you can evaluate Eatvia before paying. If you were charged in error, or something went materially wrong, email eatviasupport@gmail.com within 14 days of the charge and we will review it in good faith. Statutory withdrawal rights, where they apply to you, are unaffected.

You agree not to:

• scrape, resell, sublicense or redistribute Eatvia's adaptations, substitution explanations or other output as a competing product or dataset;
• submit content you have no right to submit, or that is unlawful, hateful or deliberately harmful;
• attempt to bypass allergy or safety warnings on behalf of another person, or use Eatvia to give food-safety advice to third parties as if it were professional advice;
• probe, overload, reverse-engineer or interfere with the service, its rate limits or its security;
• use automated agents to create accounts or abuse free trials.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules, with notice where practical.

You keep ownership of the recipes, notes and pantry data you submit, and you grant us the licence needed to process and store them in order to provide the service. Recipes you paste may be protected by someone else's copyright — adapt them for personal use only, and do not republish adapted versions of third-party recipes commercially.

Eatvia's software, design, brand and substitution engine remain ours. You may use adaptations produced for your own account freely in your own kitchen.

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it. Features may change, and we may suspend the service for maintenance, security or provider outages. Where a critical AI provider is unavailable, adaptation may be temporarily degraded.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eatvia is provided "as is" without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted operation. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, nor for any adverse reaction, illness, spoiled dish or wasted ingredient arising from reliance on an adaptation. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

You may stop using Eatvia and delete your account at any time. We may terminate for breach of these terms or if we discontinue the service, in which case we will refund any unused prepaid period.
